Responsibilities
1. Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents and determine the appropriate end destination
2. Assure the warehouse is always clean and organized
3. Pick up and deliver parts to job sites as needed
4. Load and unload large Critical equipment while assuring none of the equipment is damaged
5. Control and manage both Shop and Vehicle Inventory levels and place orders as needed
6. Enforce all company rules and regulations
7. Track and organize Inventory across all departments
8. Maintain proper inventory levels in Acumatica for all departments- to include all roaming Vehicles and warehouses
9. Conduct Quarterly Inventory counts on all vehicles and order parts as needed
10. Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
11. Inspect condition of tools and equipment
Skills
1. High school diploma/GED required
2. Must have current Forklift certification
3. At least 3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
4. Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
5. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 lbs
6. Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
7. Excellent problem-solving skills
8. Experience with Microsoft Office
