Customer Service Representative (remote)

Customer Service Representative needed! This is a remote position, however you must reside in the Winchester, VA area to apply. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• In a timely and professional manner, respond to a high volume of calls, messages and emails
• Make outbound and take inbound calls
• Utilization of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel as well as company database/CRM
• Willing and able to make sales calls and up-sell on customer service calls
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• This is a temporary position, potential for permanent after the busy season ends depending on performance and business needs
• This is a remote position, however you must reside in the Winchester, VA area to apply
• Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, some Saturdays when needed
