As a Starbucks shift supervisor , you’ll be a role model of thestore operations standards that define our StarbucksExperience.

You’ll lead each shift, working alongside ateam of baristas to deliver quality customer service andexpertly-crafted products.

You’ll be in an energetic storeenvironment where you’ll have the ability to positively influenceand guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, andgrow your leadership skills.

Customerservice experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1year

BasicQualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance andpunctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation


• Available to work flexible hours that may include earlymornings, evenings, weekends, nights and / or holidays


• Meet store operating policies and standards, includingproviding quality beverages and food products, cash handling andstore safety and security, with or without reasonableaccommodations


• Six (6) months of experience ina position that required constant interacting with and fulfillingthe requests of customers


• Prepare andcoach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes orcustomized for customers, including recipe changes such astemperature, quantity of ingredients or substitutedingredients


• At least six (6) months ofexperience delegating tasks to other employees and / or coordinatingthe tasks of two (2) or more employees
