Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse
This is for a Charge Nurse Position, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform specialized nursing procedures such as airway management, catheter care, and wound dressing.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location].
- Minimum [number] years of experience in [specific field or setting].
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Proficient in ICD-9 coding and electronic medical record systems.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Health coaching certification is a plus.
