Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the referral network within New Hampshire's community and external representation of the organization, the Partnership Development Manager reports to the Partnership Director under the Growth Organization of Groups.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Payers can rest assured that Groups is committed to achieving the best outcomes at the lowest cost, using a comprehensive and data-driven approach to treatment.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with healthcare, justice involved, and community based organizations in New Hampshire to establish comprehensive referral networks.
  • Offer incentives to referral partners who successfully refer clients to our rapid intake program.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing referral partners to support their prosperity and remain a trusted provider of referrals.
  • Explore innovative methods to identify fresh and cooperative referral channels for enhancing access to essential lifesaving treatments.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to devise effective marketing plans for new office inaugurations and secure the intended financial growth within the anticipated duration.
  • Work together with Care Delivery Teams in the vicinity during public outreach events and extend support to local partners for improved healthcare services.
  • Boost the recognition of Groups by attending presentations, local and regional conferences, and events in order to reach out to the wider community.
  • Work together with Care Delivery Teams, comprising of operational leads and clinical directors, to devise region-specific strategies that enhance relationship performance and planned intake targets.
  • Expertise in retaining and upgrading record-management software.
  • The prerequisites for travel may be strict, but they are never unyielding. Travels are commonly dictated by the needs of your collaborations.
  • Assumes supplementary duties as instructed.

Qualifications:

  • To be considered, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least five years of relevant experience, which may include healthcare sales, marketing, operations, or other healthcare-related fields.
  • Established a notable track record of cultivating relationships and increasing sales/territory.
  • Your presentation skills are exceptional, and your written and verbal communication abilities are equally impressive, as evidenced by your ability to connect with and engage your audience.
  • Being part of a rapidly growing and mission-driven organization has given me a great deal of experience to draw from.
  • Through my work with grassroots marketing in a multi-location company, I learned how to build trust and create lasting relationships with customers across different geographic regions.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills that facilitate smooth dialogues with various parties, such as business units, external collaborators, and other related entities.
  • A skilled practitioner proficient in the use of CRM systems for improved customer relations.
  • Proficiency in using both Microsoft office and Google Workspace is a desirable skill.
  • A legitimate driver's license, a spotless driving history, and private transportation are prerequisites for visiting various offices.
