The Role

We are seeking skilled and collaborative physical therapists to deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes. At Future Health, we know that physical therapists provide the best care when they are given the flexibility to set their own schedules and provided with the best tech tools to work with patients and their families.

Our model empowers you to choose when you want to see patients, providing the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your preferences. Whether you prefer a full schedule or wish to supplement your clinic hours, Future Health can help you tailor your caseload to meet your needs.

Requirements

• Florida PT license
• 1+ years of experience
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Compensation and Benefits

• $70 - $80 an hour; direct deposit
• Performance-based bonuses
