Maintenance Technician: 3rd Shift

Working with a manufacturing facility in the Sanford area that is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians for 3rd shift

Description:

JOB DUTIES:

1. Completing preventative and correction maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment that includes but is limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes.
2. Performing PLC Troubleshooting (no programming or LadderLogic required), but need to know how to do input/outputs.
3. VFD, photoeyes, sensors and robotic knowledge is a PLUS but not required
4. Most of the electrical in the facilities is 220-480v!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Tech III-

-10 years on electrical and mechanical INDUSTRIAL manufacturing experience

-MUST know how to troubleshoot electrical and PLC's

-Knowledge on how to rewire 3 phase motors

-50/50 electrical and mechanical

Tech II-

-5-7 years of industrial manufacturing experience

-Electrical is a PLUS but not required- this individual should have some knowledge is PLC but may need assistance troubleshooting or with controls

-Mechanically inclined 80%+ knowledge in mechanical, 20% basic electrical

Tech I-

-2+ years of industrial manufacturing experience

-This requires no electrical knowledge of experience BUT does require a mechanical understanding

Welding, Fabricating and PLC Programming is a PLUS for all levels, but not required.

Schedule:

M-F

3rd shift - 10pm - 6am

• Currently running about 50hr work weeks due to demand. Other overtime will be available as well

Pay:

$24-35hr, based on experience level
