Insurance Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated insurance agent to work with our 351 Mortgage Loan Officers. Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit will identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients.

This is an in-office position!

$65,000+ with base pay/commission

• 
  Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs


• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile


• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish

• 
  Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations


• Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required


• Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
