Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now in search for a Virtual Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
DUTIES:
Notarize documents and roll fingerprints for walk-in clients.
Provide customer service, answer phone calls, and prepare quotes.
Occasionally travel to various clients to legalize their authenticated documents as required.
Assist in preparing and shipping documents to vendors and clients.
Various other office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Notary Public License (at least 1 years experience).
Certificate to Roll Fingerprints issued by the Department of Justice.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Able to travel to see clients, as well as a valid Driver s License.
Extremely organized, detail oriented, punctual, and computer literate.
Able to multi-task & effectively manage time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
