Key Responsibilities : Oversee the health of assigned client project portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and effective execution of internal and external governanceLead client governance, including operational metrics and updates, and partner with the Commercial Team to define strategic plans for the portfolioManage day-to-day operations of direct reports, ensuring effective people management, and lead process improvement activities within the Project Management areaRequired Qualifications and Education : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or other relevant fieldsDemonstrable strategic thinking abilities and deep knowledge of project management principlesExperience in managing a team and using complex data to inform business decisionsPharmaceutical industry and clinical study experience preferred;
