The customer experience is essential, and as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Lowe's, your role is to ensure that customers have access to the merchandise they require. This necessitates accurate receiving, stocking, and replenishing of merchandise while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Providing proactive customer service can also help build strong customer relationships. This means identifying potential issues or concerns before they become major problems, and addressing them promptly
• Collect, sustain, and replenish wares
• Utilizing proper lifting methods is necessary to ensure that staff members can carry out their duties without injuring themselves or others
• Properly and securely transport products off of recently arrived freight ships
• Move products to the point of sale and reload all sections
• Handling of hazardous materials and upgrading damaged storage
• Keeping the backroom uncluttered and maintaining the battery life of all equipment is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Ensure your products are correctly stocked to grow your customer base by planning ahead and mapping out an organized shelving strategy. You can also pull key items forward to make it easier for customers to spot them as they browse the shelves

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and get ready for the physical difficulty of carrying items for the most part of your working day
• Able to Work Anytime: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Overnight, Seven Days a Week
• Competence to carry out duties that involve extended sessions of standing, sitting, and other physical actions essential to execute job responsibilities
• Skill to carry 25 pounds alone; capable of lifting weights above 25 pounds alone or with the help of others

Travel Requirements:

This position does not involve excessive traveling, but you may have to attend meetings, training, or support nearby stores sometimes.

We require someone who is detail-oriented and has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously:

• Depending on the store's operational requirements, an applicant's availability for full-time or part-time work on an hourly basis is important
• The fundamental building blocks of education rest on developing mastery over the basics of reading, writing, and arithmetic, including addition and subtraction, to enable further progress
• You must have at least three months of experience in maneuvering power equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and order pickers to be considered
• A warehouse position is open that requires an applicant to have at least six months of experience in handling inventory and restocking
