Key ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements integrating work streams such as personalization, content audit and strategy, information architecture, SEO, and content migrationDevelop content strategies in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviserDeliver content programs and projects on time and on budget, providing direction and oversight to junior staff and multidisciplinary team membersRequired Qualifications and Education8+ years of experience managing corporate and / or client content programs through the entire project lifecycleExperience working with clients and internal stakeholders, managing and mentoring junior staff, and developing content program plans and strategic recommendationsSuccess in managing and delivering content programs with a data-driven approachGeneral experience with personalization and content strategies, and familiarity with CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, etcPreferred Education : Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts
