What will you be doing?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordination of the Import & Export Shipments (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road) for Cosentino North America. This includes coordinating shipments with Drayage Companies, Processing shipments, Customs Documents, Vendor documents and Invoicing Customer Direct Containers.

Duties:

•    Daily review of incoming Cosentino and Customer containers.
•    Complete invoicing for each customer container within the specific timeframe assigned.
•    Ensure accuracy of invoicing and packing list.
•    Daily and weekly Reports on Customer Containers Invoicing status.
•    Weekly review and system updates for Container ETA information.
•    Tracking and updating of import containers.
•    Uploading customs documents to SAP.
•    Scheduling arriving containers for Delivery, creating DO, ensuring proper release and no demurrage or per diem charges occur.
•    Payment of freight fees utilizing SAP process.
•    Proper record keeping as required by USA CBP.
•    Material movement in SAP from transit locations to stock locations.
•    Quote requests for drayage, ocean freights and related charges.
•    Any other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team

•    Ability to handle multiple task and projects daily

•    Logistics / International Trade.
•    SAP
•    Spanish

SKILLS
Required
•    Word – 1 years
•    Excel – 2 years
•    SAP – 2 years
•    PowerPoint – 1 year
