Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth by expanding our footprint within existing accounts and actively prospecting and securing new business. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology sales, particularly within the AI sector, and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships within existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities to expand our footprint.
  • Actively prospect and close new business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop joint strategies for account penetration.
  • Keep abreast of new product developments and changes within the generative AI industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar sales role, with a deep understanding of technology sales.
  • Experience in selling AI or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
