The Opportunity

The International Product Manager for cancer detection,  response monitoring and detection of MRD and related application is responsible for the product scope, delivery and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage the entire lifecycle of product(s) from initial customer feedback to product concept, development, launch, and obsolescence.

  • You will incorporate the customer and patient journey into design thinking and service development.

  • You will lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute the product vision and strategy.

  • You will continuously assess the market for opportunities to enhance processes, product design, service design, and value proposition.

  • You will supervise the implementation of global marketing strategy and maintain up-to-date market knowledge.

Who you are 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree (required); Bachelor’s degree in marketing or science

  • You have 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, service & support or product management in the diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical industry

  • You have 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in diagnostics, with a proven track record of launching products in the diagnostics space

  • You have experience managing a product through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into requirements, driving prioritization, developing commercial launch plan, and pre/post-launch execution

  • You have proven ability to translate complex science/technology into marketing messages, creating and launching campaigns, and developing and implementing sales training

  • You have strong communication and analytical skills, with a strong technical acumen and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • You hold a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) or science (e.g., molecular biology, genomics, etc

  • You have 3 years of experience in next generation sequencing

  • You have 3 years of experience in oncology

Travel/Location Requirements

  • This role can be fully remote but will be supporting various locales and must be open to supporting different time zones

  • Estimated Amount: 10% Based on business need. (May include conferences, customer meetings, internal training and events.)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Pleasanton, CA is $150,900 - $280,300.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
