In the Role
- Meet individual and branch sales targets, exceeding expectations in providing customer satisfaction
- Cultivate new associations and preserve present ones as you interact with clients throughout the loan journey and the complete life span of the loan
- Partner with customers to understand their financial objectives and offer them solutions that align with their priorities and risk tolerance to maximize their potential for success
- Offer a range of optional insurance products to customers that provide value-added benefits such as roadside assistance, emergency medical coverage, and more
- A thorough understanding of the loan agreement's terms and conditions will help customers stay on top of their loan payments and avoid default
- Build partnerships with neighboring establishments to seek out and foster new clients
- As a sales representative, it is important to understand the different credit products that you can offer to your customers. Knowing how to differentiate between a secured loan and an unsecured loan, for example, can help you recommend the best loan options that fit your clients' needs
- The successful management of the loan life cycle involves strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations while also pursuing appropriate collections activities with debtors
Requirements of Financial Solutions Consultant:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Sales acuity: Skilled in developing sales strategies tailored to individual clients by analyzing their needs, preferences, and behavior patterns
- Bilingual - Spanish
