Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team. As a Nursing Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families by providing excellent patient care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote a holistic approach to patient care.
• Follow established infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license and registration.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and proficiency in computer skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as required.
• Strong ethical and professional conduct.
