Job Summary :

As a Customer Service Representative at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences within our retail environment.

1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.

2. Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and locating items within the store.

3. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems.

4. Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.

5. Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

6. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including checkout lanes and customer service desks.

7. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

8. Upholding Walmart’s values and policies while interacting with customers and colleagues.

9. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

10. Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and employees.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities.


• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
