Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of beauty services including hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, nail artistry, makeup artistry, and facial waxing, tailored to each guest's unique preferences.

- Embrace our tiered-level system, working towards career advancement by meeting performance and skill development goals.

- Maintain accurate records of complete chemical formulas for all chemical services.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and color to offer innovative and personalized services.

- Actively participate in ongoing training and education to continuously improve and expand your skills, including attendance at all mandatory educational sessions provided by Salon Jaylee.

- Cultivate and nurture a loyal guest base through exceptional customer service, fostering lasting relationships.

- Recommend and promote salon products to guests to enhance their at-home beauty care routines.

- Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues to create a welcoming and unified salon environment.

- Ensure a clean and organized workstation, keeping all tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including strict sanitation and disinfection practices.

- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Valid Florida Cosmetology License.- Open to candidates with any level of experience, as long as there is a strong skillset and

a willingness to learn.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention on providing top-notch customer service.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting and adapt to changing beauty trends.

- A passion for perpetual learning and a commitment to staying current within the industry.

- A high level of professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

- Flexibility with scheduling, as salon hours may vary.
