A company is seeking a full-time Operations & Finance Specialist who is passionate about social and environmental justice, to support their global initiative by managing financial and operational activities remotely.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial operations including accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, and budgetingAct as a liaison with consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and partners on contracting and invoicing mattersContribute to the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioningRequired Qualifications and Education5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a nonprofit or policy advocacy contextTertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, finance, or a related disciplineExperience with accounts payable processes and budgeting / reportingProficiency in Google Suite and a passion for spreadsheets and organizational systemsFluency in English;
