Job Summary:

You will be responsible for promoting Sysco's products and services, developing new business, and building strong relationships with new and existing accounts. This role offers competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and a robust benefits package.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Research customer needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs, staying informed about market trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, and company meetings.
  • Collect accounts receivable and manage deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, and processing credits.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the geographical vicinity of the territory.
