Your team needs you to be reliable and efficient as a Replenishment Coordinator, ensuring that products are consistently available for customers and the store always looks its best:

• Provide flexibility and a willingness to work any available shift or day of the week, without scheduling conflicts
• Uphold a consistent work routine by committing to a full-time schedule

Organizing Products: Once products have been received, the Replenishment Coordinator will be responsible for organizing them in a manner that is both efficient and easy to access. This may involve arranging inventory by size, color, or other relevant attributes:

• It's crucial to secure all company assets stored in the stockroom, including merchandise that is not commonly stocked
• It is crucial to maintain a healthy and clean workplace for employees who handle stocks to prevent accidents and illnesses
• Perform stock exchange transactions as required
• Take note of any discrepancies in the number of items received and immediately inform the relevant authorities
• Ensure the completion of all appropriate paperwork that is required for merchandise returns to vendors
• Take possession of inbound shipments, conduct efficient cargo handling practices, and complete the process of loading and unloading of delivery vehicles with the aid of proper lifting tools
• Continuously restock merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Systematize and arrange all outdated and damaged goods for possible returns and credits from vendors
• Organizing goods for the annual stock count
• Help in the monitoring of inventory levels and adjusting records to avoid stock-out or overstock situations
• Notify the higher-ups about the unavailability of items for sale
• By ensuring that products are consistently restocked and easily accessible, stockroom assistants help to create a positive shopping experience for customers
• Support the Removal of Litter and Garbage

Required Qualifications:

• Responsibility for ensuring absolute accuracy with consistent attention to detail
• Having excellent time-management abilities can help you achieve your goals without feeling stressed or overwhelmed
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency to hoist up to 60 pounds
• Skill to carry out tasks in an atmosphere that is vulnerable to the natural elements, encompassing scorching and frigid temperatures
• The capacity to convey information appropriately and efficiently is a vital component of effective communication
• A history of employment in a stockroom or storage environment is preferred for this position
