Position Overview: Embark on a rewarding career as a Route Service Representative, playing a key role in delivering and picking up rented products along designated routes in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Enjoy daytime routes scheduled from Monday to Friday, offering a full-time position with a 4-day work week (6:00 am to 4:30 pm). Experience the flexibility of weekends and holidays off, allowing for personal and family time. Join us in providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

• Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Navigate your designated route, servicing existing customers, and introducing innovative product solutions to enhance their businesses. Leverage your customer service and sales prowess to organically expand your route, unlocking increased earning potential.
• Strategic Inventory Management: Uphold precise invoice inventories, conduct thorough inventory audits, and identify additional products and services that can bring added value to our customers. Proactively negotiate service agreement renewals to solidify long-term partnerships.
• Safety and Compliance: Execute your responsibilities with the utmost professionalism and adherence to safety standards and driving regulations. Ensure compliance while representing Dempsey Uniform on the road.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and service agreement renewals.
• Adherence to safety and compliance standards.

• Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry products into and out of customers' locations
• Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and a friendly, professional, can-do attitude
• Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy

• Exhibit a superior work ethic, demonstrating punctuality and commitment
• Take pride in their work and maintain a stable work history
• May have prior experience in fast-paced environments, such as production, manufacturing, assembly, or retail
