Qualifications of CDL A Regional Truck Driver:

• Individuals applying for the position must hold a Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• Candidates must provide proof of three months of experience in order to be considered for this opportunity.
• The calculation of a driver's wages is based on dispatch miles, which fluctuates from $.45 to $.60 cpm depending upon the route taken and the driver's expertise.
• Flex Fleet drivers have to reside within a 250-mile vicinity of a U.S. Xpress terminal to be eligible for the program.
