How will you make an impact in this role?




  • Collaborate with partner groups across product strategy, risk analysts, and compliance partners to identify product enhancements. Build consensus on the top priorities, identify edge cases, and navigate conflicting requirements


  • Lead projects independently from end-to-end. Document epics, business rules, use cases, and process flows. Write user stories for agile software development teams and shepherd functionality from ideation through tactical execution


  • Research customer impacting issues to identify requirement gaps or bugs. Document and report out on resolution targets


  • Evangelize a best-in-class customer experience. Present trade-offs effectively while prioritizing engineering work to balance the requirements of customers against the realities of constraints. Identify risks, document tradeoffs, and propose solutions




Minimum Qualifications:




  • Strong ability to solve opened-ended problems


  • Curiosity about the customer and the initiative to make things better


  • Attention to detail and sense of responsibility for ensure each customer receives a fair and timely lending decision


  • Interest in deepening your understanding of the management of a digital platform. Familiarity with databases, APIs, technology stacks, and SLDC strongly encouraged


  • A proven track record of taking ownership and delivering projects


  • Adaptability with quickly changing priorities and conditions


  • Strong relationship and communication skills to influence decision making and communicate at multiple organizational levels




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Operate Autonomously: Take a project from ideation to delivery. Able to prioritize in ambiguous situations


  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Communicate information, ideas, and concepts clearly


  • Organization and Planning: Plan, coordinate, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner; focus on key priorities and manage time well


  • Flexibility/Adaptability: Cool with quickly changing priorities and conditions; cope effectively with complexity and change


  • Persistence: Follow through on items without being managed. Resourceful, have grit, and a positive can do attitude


  • Leadership: Sound interpersonal skills and ability to navigate in a cross-functional setup


  • Background in Product Management or Software Development OR bachelor s degree in STEM related field preferred




Qualifications



Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits



The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
