A day in the role

• 
  
  Reviewing documentation that comes in with refund checks to determine where the provider wants the refund money to be applied.
• Receiving checks from providers who were overpaid on their claims.
• Posting credits to the appropriate cases.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Claims Experience| Data Entry | Computer Skills

Core Experience:

• 1 Year of Medical Claims Processing and Claim Edits
