What You Will Be Doing

• Assist the Fleet Manager in managing the company's drivers at each site in keeping with our credo of Performance, Quality, and Safety.


• Monitor and manage compliance of all DOT regulations


• Oversee all personnel management


• Manage vehicle maintenance for a 130-vehicle fleet

What You Need for this Position

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for direct reports


• Minimum 2 years of FMCSA experience


• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations


• Familiar with DOT rules / regulations
