Human Resources Assistant
Human Resource Assistant | Fully onsite | 2 Month Contract | Start Date May 27th|
Description:
- clean out, organize, alphabetize, scan and categorize Employee Records, I9s, all personnel documents
- assist with scheduling of interviews for the team
- be the eyes and ears of HR as they are sole person onsite everyday. Will take inquiries, answer questions or guide to the right person
- support HR Manager who flies to this location every other week as well as HR Director
-Flexible hours between 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of administrative skills - does not have to be in HR can just be general Admin
No degree required
Must be proficient with Microsoft - Excel & Teams are the two most important
