Location: Fredericksburg , VA

Salary: $16 an hour

Hours: M,W,F 8-4:30, Tuesday-Thursday 10-7pm

Job Description:

As the Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, direct care, and interaction with patients checking into the office. You will be responsible for facilitating the registration process, answering phones, ensuring all paperwork is completed, among other duties as assigned.

A Day in the Role:

· Greet each patient in a kind and courteous manner

· Answer incoming calls regarding patient care

· Responsible for scheduling new and recurring patients

· Obtain and verify patient demographics

· Facilitate new patient registration

· Obtain IDs and insurance cards, and scan into EMR

· Verify insurance benefits, and collect copayments accordingly

· Receive and coordinate referrals for upcoming appointments
