Key responsibilities:


  • Project Management:
    Oversee facility projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

  • Lead Technical Resource:
    Strive to become the go-to expert for operational machinery, offering insights and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Lead or assist in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and optimizing processes.

  • Contractor Management:
    Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specific maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality execution of work.

  • Maintenance Standards:
    Establish and maintain maintenance standards, developing long-term maintenance programs to meet organizational goals.

  • Support Production Departments:
    Collaborate with production departments to identify and address machinery and infrastructure issues, keeping operations running smoothly.

  • Facility Information Management:
    Compile and maintain accurate information on plant facilities, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Capital Project Management:
    Take the lead in constructing new facilities or implementing significant long-term improvements to existing ones.

  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
    Implement proactive and preventative maintenance strategies to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.


Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.

  • Extensive engineering experience and knowledge within MRO will be considered in lieu of formal education.
