Boeing Global Services – Government Training Engineering (GTE) is looking for Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Lab Focal) to join the Labs Management team in Hazelwood, MO.  As part of this team, the lab focal would support the lab manager in the management of labs supporting integration and testing for GTE training devices.  This is an exciting opportunity to drive lab excellence supporting the development of training devices for multiple GTE platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Register labs in Boeing Enterprise Lab Database (BELD) and ensure labs meet and exceed safety, FOD, lean/5S, Cybersecurity and configuration control standards.
  • Support and maintain compliance of GTE lab equipment and inventories.
  • Assist in the management of System Security Plans
  • Support configuration management of the devices within the GTE labs
  • System administration for systems within the GTE labs
  • Assist in maintenance of lab schedules

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a technical lab environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior Level 4)
  • Experience working in test venues or integration laboratories
  • Experience with cyber security controls and best practices
  • Experience managing hardware and software configurations
  • Excellent communication skills working across multiple teams
  • Experience working in classified labs
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

Typical Education/ Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $91,800- $124,200

Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $113,900- $154,100
