Qualifications of Delivery Driver:

• Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of having a Class A CDL and being at least 21 years old.
• It is required that candidates have three months of verified experience to be considered for this job.
• Based on dispatched miles, drivers can earn trip pay that varies from $.45 to $.60 cpm, depending on the route taken and the driver's experience level.
• The rule for Flex Fleet drivers states they must live within a 250-mile distance of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
