Responsibilities:

• Customers have the right to be informed about the repair techniques used, prices charged, and warranties provided to guarantee the quality and safety of repairs.
• Once the complete estimates are written, the technician should lock the final estimates, so that the customer can review the figures and make a decision on how to proceed
• Keep track of every repair and ensure adherence to Crash Champions' quality standards by carrying out QC procedures during the repair process.
• We go the extra mile to ensure that our customers are always updated with the latest information about their vehicle and that they receive exceptional service.
• Skilled in retrieving and reviewing all data processes alongside Body Technicians and executing post-scanning for every car being repaired
• Make sure that any exceptions noted in the repair order file are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, keeping clients informed of any changes to the process

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and seamlessly to rapid changes in a work environment is vital to the success of any professional
• Those with knowledge of dealing with insurance partners are encouraged to apply
• Being able to handle the intensity of a fast-paced atmosphere is a valuable competency to possess
• To be considered for this role, an applicant should possess a deep understanding of estimating systems with a preference towards CCC one, but should also have familiarity with Mitchell and Audatex
