Responsibilities:

• Helping people, understanding a client's requirements.
• Providing an outstanding customer service experience while having fun doing it.
• Working at the Airport with luxurious environment.
• Provide flexibility to work any time and any day of the week, including weekends & holidays.
• Work a Full-time schedule
• Acknowledge and welcome clients as they enter the store.
• Follow all corporate policies, including cash handling policies and unique store loss prevention protocols.
• Communicate well with customers, colleagues, and store management.
• Effectively run a cash register.
• Know basic shop layout to help consumers pick products and be able to answer customer queries around the whole store.
• Be knowledgeable and conversant with the nearby companies or offers inside the location.
• Assist with the book inventory process (ordering, receiving, and returns).
• Perform relevant work as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Luxury sales experience
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• High degree of interpersonal skills
• Be able to lift 20 pounds
• Be over the age of 21, as required by law in order to sell alcohol and tobacco products
• Prior experience operating a cash register
