Position Purpose:
Customer Service/Sales associates play a crucial role in providing speedy and courteous service by proactively reaching out to customers to evaluate their needs and extend assistance. They utilize the company's resources to gain knowledge about different products and share this information with customers to promote the sale of an entire project. With their expertise, they excel at greeting customers, understanding their requirements, making recommendations, and closing deals in their department, as well as neighboring departments. An additional task of maintaining a clean, presentable, and safe store environment with fully stocked assigned areas falls under their responsibility.
Working safely and maintaining a safe working and shopping environment in compliance with all safety policies and standards is a crucial responsibility of every employee. Further, specified safety training must be completed, and any hazards or unsafe conditions must be identified and rectified immediately or reported to the Manager on Duty without delay.
In the customer service/sales domain, there are several categories of positions such as Department Sales, Lead Generating, Pro Account Sales, Sales Expert, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
