Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you will:

  • Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes
  • Assist in implementing personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
  • Offer personal companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene and meal preparation
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and enjoyment
  • Provide transportation to appointments as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting changes in client condition

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Current LPN certification
  • Essential qualities: empathy, compassion, kindness
  • Age requirement: over 18 authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Professional/Character References
  • Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Valid (not expired) Identification
  • Bank Account for Direct Deposit
  • Smartphone for Care Plan, Scheduling Payroll
  • Attend Complete In-Person Orientation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Available to work every other weekend
