responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage safety, scope, cost, and schedule during construction phase.
  
  
• Directly report to Project Manager (PM).
  
  
• Oversee all project team members during construction phase.
  
  
• Ensure construction adheres to applicable codes and specifications.
  
  
• Facilitate pre-construction meetings emphasizing safety and communicate recommendations to PM.
  
  
• Supervise pre-fab and onsite construction, monitoring safety, scope, quality, risk, schedule, and budget.
  
  
• Report progress to PM on a daily basis.
  
  
• Supervise contract inspectors and resolve issues including material, construction, and scheduling conflicts.
