Key Responsibilities:

• Managing back-office operations
• Handling front desk duties
• Coordinating patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Transcribing dental procedures
• Conducting virtual scribing and dental charting
• Overseeing chart and dental lab order management
• Facilitating prescription refills and dental records management
• Verifying insurance eligibility and processing pre-determinations
• Handling referrals, medical billing, claim rejection appeals

Qualifications for Success:

• A degree in any dental health field, or relevant experience
• Familiarity with U.S. dental insurance practices
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledgeable in dental terminology and practices
• Ability to connect and build rapport with diverse individuals
• Keen attention to detail, particularly in written documentation
• Comfortable with virtual technology and adaptive to new systems
• Internet speed: Minimum 10mbps download and 3mbps upload
• Access to dependable computer hardware and software, subject to verification
• Equipped with a webcam and headset
• Ability to work 9am to 5pm EST.
• Registered Nurses with dental office experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Applicants with dental insurance verification experience are also preferred
