Clinical Supervisor

This vital role ensures seamless care coordination, offering swift evaluations, seamless collaboration with therapists, referrals, and advocating for essential treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Bi-weekly meetings with the Clinical Director to discuss program progress.
• Weekly supervision sessions with counseling staff to ensure clinical excellence.
• Comprehensive review of client files to guarantee accurate documentation of services provided.
• Developing thorough diagnostic assessments encompassing various client dimensions - family, psychological, social, and more.
• Crafting detailed service plans with input from clients, pinpointing problem areas and setting clear goals.
• Delivering direct clinical services, including individual, family, couple, and group therapies, alongside educational sessions.
• Offering 24/7 crisis intervention support.
• Contributing to treatment team discussions as needed.
• Completing discharge summaries and planning.
• Fulfilling additional tasks as assigned by the Clinical Director.

Qualifications:

• A Master s degree in a Human Services discipline.
• At least two years experience with mental health diagnoses.
• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred, but residents, supervises, and those eligible for licensure are also encouraged to apply.
• Salary range: $29-38 per hour for residents.
