The Senior Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Timekeeping Associate supports the Tech Ops Team by performing administrative duties relating to the processing of timekeeping, overtime, and attendance of contract Employees. This role also serves as a resource to other Timekeeping Associates and will partner with the Overtime Callout Team (OTC) and Field Leaders to troubleshoot any questions on pay-related issues. The Senior Tech Ops Timekeeping Associate is a strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Additional details:
This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work. Those ineligible locations are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Employee guidelines, upon review of exceptions; ensuring accurate time and attendance rules are applied to each Employees timecard
Update affected systems accurately and timely, notify business partners, and collect/save appropriate supporting documentation for each exception or change
Research and corrects inaccurate or missing time off, punches/hours worked, while monitoring balances and researching discrepancies
Follow departmental processes and audit controls to ensure timekeeping is administered according to CBAs, state laws, leave of absence policies and Labor side agreements as well as any necessary changes/corrections
Meet productivity and accuracy standards to support Team goals and meet daily deadlines
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and ensuring proper documentation.
Skilled in managing one's own time
Skilled in using analytical skills to solve problems
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to learn and apply procedures and concepts to quickly and accurately administer pay and attendance rules according to CBAs.
Ability to concentrate on multiple tasks over a period without being distracted
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Customer Service or Relevant Analytical Business Support
Preferred: Experience with Kronos, Quickbase, MyOTCS (Overtime Callout Scheduling), and/or MS Office
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive market salary from $49,300 per year to $54,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
