We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team at Home Instead as Personal Care Attendants (PCA). This is an entry-level position and requires no prior certification or experience. We specialize in providing non-medical assistance to mature adults, giving them the opportunity to age gracefully in their own homes.

Job Role:

- Engaging in meaningful interactions and offering companionship
- Performing light cleaning tasks and preparing meals
- Providing reminders for medications and appointments
- Assisting with personal care needs such as grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence
- Offering care for patients with Alzheimer's
   
Qualifications:

- Should exhibit respectful behavior towards elderly clients and their possessions 
- Must have reliable means of transportation and consistently punctual for scheduled shifts 
- Should be able to communicate effectively with clients in a professional manner 

We provide continuous support to our care professionals along with a flexible schedule tailored to each employee's availability. The remuneration package is competitive and includes benefits. However, each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and thus, responsibilities and pay may vary.
