Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and policies, allowing customers to make informed decisions

• The climate and weather can also affect the wear time of fragrances. For instance, humid weather can cause the fragrance to dissipate faster, whereas a cooler environment can prolong its wear time
• Efficient inventory management is only possible through proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock
• With our robust client program, you can effectively build customer loyalty, exceed sales benchmarks, and inform clients about upcoming promotions and new product releases
• Make sure our clients have access knowledge of all our Beauty products and services. Collaborating effectively with colleagues in the Beauty section may be necessary
• Participating in marketing events that are aimed at driving sales can significantly impact your profitability and sales figures
• Manage merchandise receipts systematically, assess damaged and tested items, and select some merchandise to be returned to the suppliers. This will aid in efficient processing of the products
• Handheld devices and point of sale technology enable businesses to analyze customer data and preferences helping anticipate the needs of customers.
• Adhering to asset protection and hygiene control policies is critical to maintaining brand reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction
