We are searching for a motivated leader for the Director of Emergency Services position for an acute care facility in Beautiful Apple Valley, CA!
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and in close partnership with the Medical Director, the Director of Emergency Services collaborates with the nursing leadership team to strategize, coordinate staffing, oversee operations, and ensure effective management of designated departments.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Nursing, or related healthcare field (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
- 5 years of progressive managerial experience in healthcare
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring diverse groups of people together as a team to achieve quality care
- Strong skills in daily operations and budgetary management.
- Trauma experience in CA highly preferred.
Salary Base : $195K - $245K
