Graceland University has an immediate opening for a General Maintenance position on the Lamoni, IA campus. Applicants must have a positive outlook, be willing to work independently, be self-motivated, and be able to complete the required tasks in a timely manner. Will work closely with all the current Maintenance Team. This position will require knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, and appliance repairs. This position will primarily consist of maintaining Graceland’s off campus properties, all other duties as assigned. Will be required to work with the campus Maintenance Team with various on campus projects. Must be able to routinely lift 50+ pounds and be able and willing to work in all extremes of conditions to include heights. Some overtime is required, and individuals must be accessible for “on call” service. Full benefits, 4 weeks’ vacation upon hire.
