Job Summary:

At Supernal, we are committed to engineering a revolutionary electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft that is customized to meet the evolving mobility requirements of future metropolises. Our primary objective is to provide a safe and seamless intermodal travel experience to passengers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for configuration management and data administration for multiple vehicle programs.
• Creating comprehensive plans to implement the necessary measures for CDM requirements on programs, and establish lean processes that reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Manage and maintain engineering and configuration procedures, including thorough documentation of necessary records.
• Utilize electronic mechanisms to operate, manage and track configuration and documentation status of systems, while also ensuring compliance with contractual requirements by preparing the necessary data items.
• Assist with technical meetups by providing pertinent engineering data and materials.
• Provide support to Systems Engineering by managing critical program data and requirements.
• Analyze new business and program proposals and incorporate necessary engineering configuration and data management aspects.
• Assume the role of a liaison between CDM and other business units, providing leadership to ensure that the team's objectives are met.
• Use automation tools that can help streamline the compliance process and keep track of all necessary documentation. This can save time and reduce errors.
• The conformance with documented protocols should be observed, and there may be a need for occasional national and worldwide trips, not exceeding 10% of the total duration.
• Complete tasks as directed beyond your regular responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Those with prior experience in configuration management, particularly in ISO and/or FAA compliant processes within the aerospace industry, are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Assessing and confirming the correctness of information using established guidelines and guiding others in their adherence to those principles.
• The willingness to enroll in the CDM Certification Program.
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and demonstration aptitudes.
• Adept at building solid relationships through strategic thinking.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and displays excellent organizational skills.
• Skilled in navigating Microsoft Office programs and open to acquiring knowledge of novel databases.
• In today's digital age, managing technical and engineering data through database management systems has become a critical component of any technological operation.

Benefits of the position:

• The base pay for this position is highly competitive and falls within the range of $133,120 to $186,160 USD annually, taking into consideration the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
