A key role within the transformation function, the Change Management Lead will be responsible to managing the implementation of business improvement change initiatives across the business to ensure full benefits realisation, including revenue growth, cost reduction, business efficiency or improve customer satisfaction.

Salary Range

Non London based applicants - £47,000 - £52,000

London based applicants - £52,000 - £57,000

  • Work with the Chief Operating Officer and Transformation team to lead and implement specific change projects that will have a significant positive impact on business operations - likely to cover people, processes, systems and environment
  • Working closely with the Head of Improvement, identify successful BI activities and, where appropriate, lead on the roll-out of such activities wider across the business
  • Lead on the identification of best practice and facilitate cross- business learning to required standards or accreditation
  • Support in the development and establishment of new or enhanced capabilities deigned to support growth and diversification
  • Demonstrating proof of concept as innovation progresses
  • Ensure that data is utilized to inform the need for change and to undertake impact evaluation of change

Qualifications & Experience

  • A proven operational practitioner (minimum 3 years at managerial level)

Individual Competencies

  • Demonstrable track record in leading and successfully delivering change in an operational context - gets things done!
  • Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple project simultaneously - managing any associated budget, resources, and risks
  • Preferably digitally literate with experience of utilizing technologies (including Artificial Intelligence) to drive business improvement or customer experience.
  • Good stakeholder management/communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and influence and persuade at all levels.
  • A strong completer/finisher with the determination, focus and resilience to see projects through to a full conclusion.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with the organisation's performance indicators and quality standards.
  • Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, guide, and coach the transformation team and other colleagues, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Highly flexible and responsive - able to respond to a trouble-shooting agenda across the business a and when required
