Dispatcher:

Qualifications:

• Prior dispatching experience is a must
• Familiar with 5 boroughs and Long Island
• Schedule appropriate technicians to proper projects, repairs and inspections.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain a minimum of a 40 hour work week
• Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Keep clean and organized desk

Job Requirements:

• Check Internal and External Emails, distribute if necessary to the correct personnel.
• Keep Emails Organized for Scheduling Service tickets
• Schedule ALL service tickets that are emailed or direct them to correct personnel.
• Record Comments from Customers after Phone calls per order or per customer base
• Call and confirm all scheduled work the day before.
• Communicate to management and various departments each day of current / open jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
