What you will do :
- Provide support to executives and administrative staff
- Provide technical assistance onsite and remotely
- Identify, implement, and maintain automated processes
- Work closely and collaborate with the Desktop support team
- Occasional travel within the US
What you will need :
- 2+ YOE supporting C-Suite staff and executive admins
- 3+ YOE supporting macOS, iOS, Windows and AV equipment
- Strong communication skills
This position is based in the firm's Chicago office, 4 days onsite.
