- Compliance with our store's operational guidelines.
- Leading and collaborating with a team of baristas during shifts.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality product delivery.
- Adapting to the fast-paced and dynamic store environment.

- Have previous experience in cash handling and ensuring store safety.

Experience and Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience in either retail or a restaurant.
- Regular and timely presence.
- Ability to adjust to varying work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adherence to operational store policies including preparing standard/custom beverages and food items, cash handling, and maintaining store safety.
- Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role and task management.
Skills:

- Rapid learning abilities.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in teamwork.
