- Healthcare
- Licensed Insurance
- Non-Licensed Insurance
- Tax Support

Our clients are looking for Independent Contractors proficient in:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Problem-solving creatively
- Assisting customer needs efficiently and effectively
- Providing superior customer service
- Keeping records of all calls and customer exchanges.
- Multitasking across several systems, programs, and screens
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- A minimum of 1-year of customer service experience
- Solid computer skills
- Basic typing proficiency
- Outstanding customer service and written communication skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations
Earning Potential:
As a call center services provider, you will submit invoices and receive payment for services completed. While pay structures vary across programs, most pay for the time you spend on the phone with clients. Performance-based payment and other incentives may also be available.
However, as a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for tax obligations, and actual earnings may vary based on different factors.

Application Process:
To Join Liveops Nation, you'll need to:
- Complete an application and pass a background/credit check (requires a $45 processing fee). This is paid directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Check remaining requirements specific to the chosen program
Our programs start every week!
Availability:
You can choose your own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. The more services you provide, the higher your earning potential.
